JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible in providing an effective and clear focus and direction for the groups performance.
Guides, motivates, coaches and inspires subordinates to positive performance and development.


QUALIFICATIONS:

- Female/Male
- At least graduate of any 2 or 4 year course.
- Preferably 25 years old and above
- At least 2 years of experience in call center.
